Help with autococker pump :/

I've been converting my autococker into a pump for the past 5 years, and I've been having an overly frustrating time with it.

I've gotten lots of help and feedback but at this point I need to just send it to someone who has the skills.

Anyone know who can help me out? I want to use it as a marker not a paperweight :/

Thanks :)

What's the problem?

Consistency at the chrono.. I replaced everything possible internally but i still can't get it to function.

Consistency as in it shoots +- 10 or what exactly? Where are you located?

Size of paint and barrel bore? Partial rollouts affect FPS quite a bit.

if its really really strange I'm going w/ jam nut, valve, or volume issues. hopefully op already addressed the obvious possibles.

How inconsistent? Also what paint, bore, airsource and base gun are you using?

I think constantly changing internals to tune your guns is like swatting flies with an AK47. The problem is much more simple than that.

Thumper, whereabouts do you live? There are a number of people spread out all over the place that will help in person... But ofering help from Baltimore MD, if you live in CA, is pretty useless to you. ;)

Thanks for all the interest, the inconsistency goes from upper 200's to literally rolling out the barrel..

I'm in Tampa, FL..

I've tried compressed air when it had a reg and CO2.. i'll try to post up pics of what i'm working with sooner than later..
