Ion Threading an Autococker (Need a Tap)

I'm working on an autococker project, and I want to thread the press fit feedneck for Ion/Impulse threads.

I've seen it done, so I know it's possible. From the pictures I've seen, it looks like you need a plug tap, but I could be wrong on that. I've tapped larger threads like this, using my drill press chuck as a sort of pilot, so I know I could do it, but the tap is expensive from what I've seen.

So I'm wondering if I could use/borrow/loan a tap from one of the airsmiths here. We could work out the terms of the deal via PM's,and I'd be willing to pay full cost of the tool upfront, then upon return of the tool, I could be refunded the payment, minus the agreed fee.

So if you have a 13/16 x 32 tap, (possibly bottoming or plug type) I'd be grateful for your response.
