Aluminium pump handle

Hey guys!

I have a project in my mind.

I need a aluminium pump handle, I need a "ripper" handle for a ripper cocker.

Whats was in my mind: A handle with round milling of 4-5 TPI ( similar to the ripper body)

Any of you guy can do this withing a month?

If you have any other idea that will go well with a ripper, just let me know.

Any question? Ask in pm please

Oh man dude get that check book ready.

You want a ripper milled pump handle designed coded and with in a month?

I could do it but it would be absurdly priced for a one off.

I was suppose to do it by myself on the conventional lathe at work.

Actually, I don't want something that will match the milling.

The idea was to use a round hss tool bit and cut a round shape of 4 or 5 TPI on the handle. Use the same kind of idea for the "top".

In the worst case, I need an aluminium handle without the milling.

Idea is crazy, the deadline is also...
