Need two grooves milled into Javelin barrel

I want to put an Apex tip on one of my Javelin barrels. To do that, two grooves are needed on the tip of the Javelin barrel. I know it's not a challenging job, but I need the barrel back by 1 or 2 June so I can take the barrel to D-Day. I do have a stock Apex barrel and tip I can send for a model of where and how deep to mill the grooves.

Is anyone up for this small job?

Does it need the porting as well?

I don't think it does. A teammate of mine used a dremel to mill his Javelin's tip. He didn't add any porting, and his works well. I don't have enough confidence in my dremelling skills to do this myself.

I will measure my Javelin's tip. That would be the most cost-effective alternative if the muzzle is small enough. The tip of the Javelin definitely has 1" of smooth OD from the tip extending backward. Britt's delrin adapter would just fit over that are of the barrel, no? How does it attach to the barrel?

If Legion changed his mind I can do it. I've done a couple Apex installs on my own barrels.

Both can be seen here. Ones on a freak, the other is on a CP.

Yeah, they aren't too hard, I put one on my old J&J 2 piece barrels, just had to make a small ring to press onto the end since the tip is small.
