Custom Feedblock

I can't seem to decide the way I want to go, whether or not I'm building my own, or buying a cheap one from noxx, I think i've finally settled on this:

I want a custom feedblock milled, either out of aluminum or delrin (whichever is cheaper). As far as total cost goes, Cheaper is Better, and preferably around $30-35, but I can get more cash if need be.

It must fit clamping feednecks, NOT phantom style. There must be at least a 1/4" of a tube extending out the bottom for the feedneck to clamp onto.

It would probably be an inch longer than a phantom feed block, and be "Cram & Jam" to insert 10rd tubes.

Heres a rough picture made in Paint showing roughly what I want. The dotted portion is inside the block, where the 10-rounder crams in.

EDIT: Is this even possible?

Yes, it is. Delrin would be cheaper because you don't have to finish it as it comes black as it is. Wouldn't be terribly difficult.

Great, would you be able to fabricate this? If you can, I'll be setting something up with you then.

I can, but I am a few weeks out with work. I am leaving this open if someone else would like to take it, if not though, I can do it.

You basically want a phantom-esq feed block that has a little part hanging down so it can be clamped into a feed neck?

Doable on my end but it would be a two piecer.. with the hanging down part being aluminum.

I can cnc a aluminum one piece. But would be a little more then you seem to want to spend.

Or there is another route you can go. I can make an adapter. That will go in to any feed neck and have a mount set so you can screw any phantom feed to it.

That would work as well.

Another idea I had was to use one of those warp-feed 90* adapter/universal powerfeed things, and find a way to mount a phantom end cap to it.

There was a pic of one another member had on here, but I lost it. Not to mention I can't find the 90* anywhere.

I haven't seen anyone ask. But what marker are you putting this on?

This one:

For the time being, I ordered a poor-man's cram & jam from noxx, until I get enough money to get this project started.
