Who can do this for me? Custom cocker milling

Pretty much just like a jackal body.
If you dont know, here is an example...

Mine will be a vert feed though, and in that picture, he only has the left side finished. That is pretty much exactly what I want except with 2 windows, instead of one. The body I am going to use will probably be a 02 wgp.

Before you toss a ton of cash at a stock WGP body, check out the ANS GX-5 bodies. It may be a good starting point for you, as the "stacked tube" look is already taken care of.
