Sheridan 12gram work

My KL is being a gas hog, and could use some valve work. Thats all I'm looking for, no barrel work or anything else of the nature.

Who's up for it?

I also am in need of some aluminum bar for a bike part, anyone willing to sell me 2 pieces that are .75" x .5" x 3" ? I cant find a local place.

7-10 off a 12gram, in say 60 degree weather.

(ouch)

Brutal. That's the kind of efficiency that started the custom CA build on my KP that Railgun is working on.

For some reason, my beater Pirate KP gets 20+ really good shots.

ouch is right!!! unfortunately that's not really unheard of for a stock KP2. i own some stock ones that aren't much better than that. you definately need a valve tune.

i can talk you through a valve tune if you have the tools to do it. it's not that hard.

Last time I tried, it ended in a small scar, but I could give it another go.

LMK if you do. i can explain the same job PPS will do in their performance tune. i'd be happy to bore out your valve body and bolt on my lathe.

you'll need to drill and tap the KP body yourself. i recommend that you do that on a drill press with a good vice to make sure the drilling is accurate. i'll explain further if you decide to try it again.
