Near as i can tell it would take 2 die setups and 4 or 5 tool changes to machine a body and im guessing 4 to 5 hours to cut machine and finish. Even with casting (and mind you that thin of a body would be very difficult) a large amount of finishing and fitting would be required.
At the very least a body would be 200.00 to 300.00 as it is a clamshell and both sides would need to be machined. It can be done but like anything how bad do u really want it?
