AirStar Nova 700 - Projectile Barrels?
 

Anybody ever had this happen with a Nova 700?

It didn't happen again for the rest of the day, but... kind of odd. Perhaps they needed a better locking mechanism.

On a side note, is there an easy way to put an on-off on this thing, so field stripping the barrel is easier?

You pull and hold the trigger and push the saftey in. That will allow you to remove the barrel during play. At least that is how it works on my nova.
