Nova efficiency?

I'm thinking of picking up a 45/4500 for my Pump Mag and Super Nova. On the Super a longer tank just throws the whole gun up higher when I shoulder the tank. Just wondering how many shots I should expect to get...

Novas have there own internal reg and operate at 90psi they are very efficient 68/45 should just about be enough for a case of paint. 45/45 figure a bit over a half a case a safe
