need nova frame and housing/ etframe help

hey guys got my nova up and running but i need a trigger frame and housing

OR

i have a darkstar frame and the ram that moves allowing the air to flow through is stuck and ideas on getting it out

Do you mean stuck as in doesn't move back and forth or stuck as in you can't get it out of the frame?

Did you take out the set screw thats in the middle of the frame but on the opposite side of the hole where the ram is? The brass plug and spring come out then you may have to tap the gun on a block of wood to get the ram to come out.
If you don't want to mess with it I have a regular frame that I'd trade you for your darkstar frame.
