| High pressure/ Low pressure in a Nova I just got a Nova 700 in "pretty darn good" condition and I would like to keep it that way. I know there is a myth going around about how (in general) a low pressure compressed air tank is better for the regulator on most guns, than the high pressure output tanks. I don't think this is true and I know the manual for the Nova just says don't exceed 900 psi, but when I bought my Nova, the previous owner told me to use a low pressure output tank. I really don't want to have to buy another tank or reg for one, so... Am I okay at 850 psi use or should I use a 450 psi output tank to make sure my nova stays working for good while? -DoGO |

| You are fine with even running CO2 as that is what the Nova's were designed to run on. The gun itself will regulate down to the needed operating pressure. E

| The on board reg on the Nova is the best one the paintball industry has ever seen it is over built to out lat the gun. |

| That and the fact that the damn gun is filled with bb's to prevent liquid ever getting through the reg. Anti-siphon isn't totally necessary if you run the tank at an angle and run a loop of stainless hose from the bottom line to the gun. E
