I've owned 20+ markers in my life and my 2004 "The Brick" Viking is by far the most reliable and requires the least amount of maintenance of any of them. She's heavier and not as attractive as new flashy markers sure, but damn she never fails me. The only issue I have ever had with her was solved by replacing the battery because it was low... Seriously!

You will not be disappointed with your decision to purchase one.
