Eye Question

I have a Viking eye question. I have an 03 Viking with WAS Equalizer board with eyes.

How do I know if they eyes are working? On my Angel you can see the light from the eyes but can't on the Viking. I assume that means they are not working.

If that is true where can I get replacements?

Thanks
David

Most eyes do not emit light. Turn the gun on with the bolt pulled back. Pull the trigger, if the noid clicks then your eyes have a problem. If you pull it and there is no click then they should be working fine. If you hold the trigger down you can force a shot/click even if the eyes are working and nothing is in the breech. If you end up needing new eyes try either destructivecustoms.com or akalmp.com

Look at the led in back, it blinks slow green when it does not detect a ball, fast green means ball in breach.

I installed new eyes from AKA and they don't seem to work. The led blinks green (not sure if it is fast or slow). But I cannot fire with or without a ball in the breach until I disable the eyes. Any suggestions?

Thanks
David

check your eye settings and make sure you have a new battery.

New battery, set on forced mode; but still not recognizing a ball in the breach. Any other thoughts? I popped the whole thing open to make sure the leads were connected right and they seem to be.

I believe so based on the diagram in the manual. I could switch them around and see if they work then.

No luck. Could it be the board? This might be the excuse I need to get a new board

Have you tried taking the eyes out of the body and aiming them at each other? If you get some kind of feedback from the led in back then you may need to clean out the eye sockets and make sure the eyes are aligned correctly.
