The body reminds me of some of the 32 Degree bodies in RF. Plus AKA did not use Benchmark trigger frames IIRC. The anodizing on the body and trigger frame look to match while the AKA frontblock/ASA look to match in color not texture. So I'm thinking it is a pieced together Cocker using some very good parts.

Other then being blue a rather nice looking marker IMO

the front block, back block, beaver tail, body, and frame all match with the anno. it seems to be a dust blue or something of the like.

Hard to tell from your picture but that does not look like a RAT Valve but instead an AKA Tornado

Tornado

RAT

Definitely not a Tornado. The defining feature of the AKA valves is the the star shaped seal.

My VLM has AKALMP on the right side of the body (looking from top down) near the barrel. Also the serial number is stamped on the lower tube behind the vertical ASA (it's IS 004) and in front of the vertical ASA is AKALMP again. Agreed with most that the body doesn't seem to be a VLM.

Hope you find something out. I was seriously considering getting this when it was first put up for sale. The right feed made me hesitate and I missed out on it. Still looks like a solid marker though.
