Hopefully within the next few weeks as since moving house, becoming a grandparent and going to see him I just haven't been able to get a good start on this always seems to be urgent things to do with workshop or house to get set up

Smile The Diet is BACK ON

hey guys
At last the excel diet is back on again, did some work on it today going over the bottom LH tube taking a small cut to clean up and get back on the datum edges.
I am so glad to have started this again after the long house move, cyclone, workshop set up, CNC controller not playing the game and keep stalling any of the steppers motors when it wanted to so I brought a new controller which blew up, sent that back then had to try and find out what was wrong with the old one which has been sorted and has not been any trouble since, becoming a grand parent, trip to see him in Japan, the invasion of the workshop by MOULD, had to replace every bench top and shelf, 22in total and $500 later and lastly starting to use the 4th axis which I have been testing for the last month which is how I cut the bottom tube today nice and easy once the drawing has been done.
Here are a couple of pictures to wet the appetite

Glad to hear you're back up and running. Sounded like quite the ordeal. Can't wait to see the finished product (and win my trigger).
