WAS board software?

i have the plan old WAS board in my excal, with semi only. i was looking for soemthing with ramping and such mainly for testing purposes, anyone know where i can get that stuff?

im assuming i just need a cable and a place to download the software, but i have no idea.

any else?

Hey there,

You have an Equalizer that is between V1.0 and V1.6, there are several in-between. What you need is a 2.0 board, which is an entirely different board. You can't take an old board past 1.6 without damaging it. Check Jared @ Destructive Customs, he may be able to help you find one.

The 2.0 code only works on Vikings. If you want ramping, FA, etc in an Excalibur you would need to swap boards to a Pandora, which can run RMOD as well, or Tadoa (sp?).

well, it was worth a shot. i got a 1.6 in mine.

The 1.6 should work great, thanks for adding info as well, Treadstone, forgot about that!

Do you need the ramping code? I would think the semi provided by 1.6 is plenty fast. Unless tournament rules dictate the cap at 15 bps and you need to control it...
