What you're doing is awesome!!

I had an idea that's a little left field: moving the face of trigger closer to or inline with the pivot point... Or, have the pivot point just in front of the portion closest to the frame (on a Scythe style trigger).

That'd only occupy slightly more of the trigger guard space. On a stock AKA frame it could get tight. It might make the trigger a little easier to walk without skipping a beat.

The reason for this spitball idea is that I started thinking of my FEP Quest: the trigger pivot is behind the front edge of the grip frame. I can wail away on that marker with ease. Haha, OT but a good friend of mine used a Quest frame for his Evil-M build... it RIPS.

Best of luck!!

Got the two I ordered and they look great but I can't install them because my trigger pin is too big. What pin did you use when you sourced the bearings?

The OD of the pin and ID of the bearing are 1/8". If you were to use a smaller pin it would fall through the hole. The best thing to do is to put the pin in the end of a cordless drill and slowly sand/polish it until you can push it through. It doesn't take much to make it fit nicely. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Not a big deal. Just have to get some sand paper. I love the new blade triggers.... may have to pick one up lol.

I'm really liking them myself. Second favorite behind the scythe/nurvous style.

Still making these. New pics in first post to show the few basic designs I've settled on. Still willing to make other styles so if you'd like something you don't see just ask.
