Whatever the stock size is. The stock o-rings tend to do that on AKA markers because the tolerences are really tight. Once you finish the rebuild, I would never take the marker down like that again unless you have a problem.

I use 014 o-rings on the LPR. I spent two hours and several 015 o-rings (standard tank o-rings) one night trying to work the blasted things in. I tried every trick in the book with no success. The next day, I bought some 014's (90 durometer), and they went in the first try. Also, I found a flat-bladed screw driver works much better than an allen wrench in working in the o-rings.

Well I remembered that the standard tank o-rings are a no-no for use on the LPR and the Ram cartridge because they have a higher durometer rating. I believe the correct o-rings have a durometer of about 90, so I think you are all good.

I didnt get a parts kit yet but Ive got some orings in the Lpr that seemed to be teh right size, Ive yet to check.

I tore the entire marker down and the Lpr seemed to have the only bad orings. Im going to put it back together and see what I come up with. Im pretty sure the orings I found are tank orings, They are the black ones.

Still leaked with these orings, I saw the thread where a member listed all teh orings needed in AKA markers and their size and all that.
I searched for online sellers that sell orings and they were a bit pricey at a buck a piece.

Any suggestions?

Well, darn. I was hoping for your sake the problem was just a damaged o-ring around the LPR. It is possible you have a problem inside your LPR. Recently, I had a problem similar to yours (leaking out the vent hole behind the Sidewinder. I finally had to replace the whole LPR. DBNPaintball had them for $25.00 shipped which was worth it to avoid rebuilding one.

That site seems to not have been updated in some time, The ad for the Viking/Excal rebuild reads "Get your Viking or Excalibur ready for the 2004 season" If this site is still good and has some merit I will probably have to pick this kit up if I find nothing else.

This is the listing I saw, I was unsure though as there arent too many listings for an 03 viking. Would they have all the same specs and internals as an 04?

That doesn't sound like a bad idea, but I'm hoping I just have the wrong size rings and need to find the proper ones. I might not be owning this viking too long as I need to use it as a bartering token to get me the parts I need to finish off my mag. Im hoping I can pick up some orings from Ace or somethin to keep my cost down...

I found a site that sells paintball orings specifically.
They dont however have a kit made up for anything AKA, seems to be just the very old companies they carry.

They have them cheap enough that I will just make up a list of all the ones I need for my marker and Ill order a couple sets.

Im not too sure they carry the urethane, Any chance itll work fine with the buna orings?
