Well, thanks to MCB's own Relief, I've happily picked up my first (and likely, only) gun-with-a-battery, an '03 Viking.



I'm thrilled.

My plan of action is as follows:

1) Send to DC for Tadao Install and Tune-up
2) Go to Tunaball and test her out.
3) Shoot enough paint over the season that I have to sell body organs to pay for it, while only refilling my tank a half-dozen times.
4) Send back to DC for milling when January comes.
5) Hope new Robtown interest thread shows up.




That aside, the info I've gleaned here seems to be "Three drops of oil in the ASA before play, clean the exterior when done, otherwise leave it alone."

Also, the Javelin doesn't seem to quite thread all the way in, as seen here:



Is this normal?

Anything else I should know - especially given that I'm not just unfamiliar with AKAs, but with electro's in general?

Nice pick up there VVulfe. The thing with the Jav is kinda odd double check to make sure there isn't something mucking up the threads otherwise something is off. The 3 drops deal pretty much sums up what needs to be done with it. Enjoy
