No, the Viking I just got is not out for milling. Yet. (That's a January project.)

But, after having had her in my hands for a whole five days or so, off she's gone to DC for a Tadao install, tune-up, and general look over.

I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but I have no electro experience, and prevailing wisdom seems to be "Send to DC on occasion, drop oil in the ASA before play, and otherwise leave alone."

That said, I feel like I ought to be pacing in circles with a box of cheap cigars stuffed in my pocket to celebrate the return of the '03 Viking.

This bodes poorly for my sanity when January - and milling time - does come.

For the milling and ano? Yeah, but I'm getting the gun back for the season after this tune-up and board install.

Eh, thats not long to wait. I usually figure 8-12 months to see the finalization of a project. Anything less and you are rushing the shops.

Back from DC today! I'll be breaking her out for the first time on Saturday at Tunaball. I'm a very happy camper.
