thinking about buying a viking...=D

Howdy everybody. I have recently been looking into getting a viking. I mostly play stock class, because they're easy to mantain, and fix. not to mention fun.

Now from what i have heard so far is people love them.

+extremely durable?
+very easy to clean and take care of?
+awesome efficiency?

I have never really fooled with electros, so would this be a great marker to start with? Call me weird but i like that stock boxy-ish look of them.

. Can i get by with a stock viking, and no upgrades?

Most of the good archived info is on the Nation. Hate to say it but its true. The massive amount of info on the old AKA site was burned with the library in Alexandria.

Smart Parts did a slash and burn. apparently they had a patent on Libraries at the time...

Well if you buy a Viking that was properly setup, then you can pretty much get away with wiping it down after play, just putting 3 drops of oil in the ASA ever case or so, and changing out the battery every 10,000 shots or so.
