How do I disassemble a sidewinder reg.

Does anyone have any tips on how to completely disassemble a sidewinder reg? I can't get the rotating ring off or the VA threads from the main body. I need to break it down for anno.

annodizing the swivel is just unnesscary, thats why 99% of all sidewinders you see have a black swivel, however teh sidewinder manual says how to take the the swivel apart
