Unidentified BKO

Can some one tell from the milling what model BKO this is? Also does anyong have any idea where I might get a manual for it on line?

The later bkos were cocker threaded. If yours is of that nature, then you would use the newer manual. If not, the older one. Both manuals should be available on ICDs website
