I use the v-force anti fog spray on my glasses and never have a problem until maybe late in the day when it is very humid out. I have used just about every anti fog product over the years and it is the best thing I have found. A lite coating on the glasses the night before a game, some times even the morning of the game and I am good to go.

I have to second the fogtech suggestion. They gave out some free samples on a canadian paintball forum, and I was absolutely blown away.

dish detergent wiped on and not rinsed off works fairly well, adn it cleans them at the same time

Still, its best to get something that keeps the figging to a minimum, and that means keeping air circulating up in the lens area, and keeping your breath out. The vents do this quite well.

I have worn them with sunglasses before with no issues.

My glasses always fog regardless of the mask and even with anti-fog stuff on them. I put in a couple of 25mm (1") fans from 1coolpc.com.

I'll also put in my recommendation for the Vents. I've worn my glasses under them and they worked flawlessly for me.

There's a guy over on the AO dealer forums that home brews his own anti-fog stuff and it is AMAZING. And increadibly cheap!

My mask.

I've been back and forth with this issue for years. I've used old glasses covered in anti fog spray and that worked pretty good ... but until I finally made a killer fan system for my mask nothing else ever worked perfectly on the hottest, most humid days. The whole thing cost me about $15 in parts (besides the price of the original mask fan):

Stupiddogg threw in a bottle of his antifog in a trade we did,
At first I was skeptical about it because it looks like reguritated wateremlon, but really it works wonders, and it seems like a single application lasts a good while.

Yeah. That's him. A buddy of mine had some and let me use some on a hot rainy day. Whereas before, two minutes into a game, I was blind. With it, nothing! I did get water lines running from the mist gathering, but nothing bad at all.
