Fix my Autococker?

Hey guys, I have an 02 vert cocker,and I can't get it to register over the chrono at higher than 3. Not 300, just 3. Should I try and get this fixed or buy another marker. I was thinking another good mech semi for speedball. Any suggestions would be great.

Is your bolt in upside down? Have you tried a different chrono?

umm...yeah, 3 fps probably wouldnt be possible....I don't think the paint would get all the way through the barrel...

Are you sure that the chrono isnt low on battery or anything? And like others said i doubt the ball would get out of the barrel.

If all is well with the chrony, check the basics, the ivg nut at the back turn that in make sure the hammer is hitting the valve, make sure that your reg hasnt shut off the air flow to the gun ect...

Have you gone over the timing? Is it firing on the return or at the start of the trigger pull? What sort of noise is it making? Any leaks?

Check your bolt, make sure it's in correctly, then check the HPR pressure.

We will need a lot more information on the problem before we can help. (assuming your chrono isn't totally gone)

Are you SURE the cocker is timed correctly?

Any upgrades we should know about?

What's your input opressure?

Has it ever worked? Did it just instantly stop one day? Or has it always had this problem?

If it's really only 3 then it would dribble out onto the floor about a foot and a half in front of you and the POP would be more like a little "chuff".

Have you had it apart and checked it out? A valve pin that got rusty and is jammed in the valve body would act like this.... or an upside down bolt.... Or a reg that's running at about 2 psi.

I'm trying to wrap my head around the idea "at 3 fps the ball wouldn't make it out of the barrel." Since fps is measured at the muzzle, this logic is inherently flawed.Am I wrong here?
