I've been thinking about this myself for a while, though I don't have one yet (it's on my short list of guns I want to tinker with). It all depends on the type of thread where the hose attaches to the gun body. Though looking at the parts diagram at viewloaderparts.com it seems the hose assembly actually holds the internals inside the body. I'll have to see some pictures of the hose assembly and internals to figure it out more.

It's a goofy gun in general. I had a broken one come into me at the field, and I couldn't open it up. I consider myself reasonably handy with all manner of blowbacks, cockers and mechanical guns in general, but this one had me stumped.

Well, nothing is impossible. You could theoretically cut the hose off at the fitting that screws into the body, drill and tap the fitting to take a standard 1/8npt hose, screw on an old spyder vertical adaptor, and use any expansion chamber or reg you want.

feel lucky you didnt open it up...

I was swindled into doing a full "sniper" install for some moml that came down to play with her son at the field I work at.. I swear if it wasnt for the mom being decent looking I wouldnt of got involved..

Lets just say putting on the rear folding stock involved jesus clips and a funky screw that you needed a REALLY long allen key for
