what can these be used for..?
what kind are they?
Can anyone use them?
brown,blk,blk,yellow,brown lines in that order.

They are most likely resistors and the bands refer to the resistance rating in ohms. Capacitors usually are large enough to have more clear labels.

Neato, never seen a five band resistor before.

As far as I can tell those are 1 megohm, which is huge btw.

They are used in electronic circuits. You can use them for various electronic projects. More than likely you will see them on the circuit boards for electronic triggers systems, motorized hoppers, and eye control systems.

Both capacitors and resistors are avaible in 5 ring tubes like in the picture. Capacitors store energy in there dielectric, think similar to a battery. Resistors oppose current flow in a circuit. I think you have a bunch of resistors there but. If you have acess to a voltmeter put a battery across a the leads to charge the capacitor. Remove the battery and see if you can read the voltage it should start at the same voltage as the battery used to charge it then drop down. Never short a capacitor

ohm meter .999 if i did it correctly? that is why i like mags.....no electronics.

not with my phone! i tried different settings,lighting ect.....same BLURR
used my glasses in front of lens....no better?
ARE THEY WORTH ANYTHING???
