Problem With Bucket Changer

I have a 12 gram bucket change for my Phantom. When I try to put a 12 gram in it it won't screw all the way in. I think it has something to do with that little white washer inside of it since it doesn't move at all. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

If you mean that the bucket doesn't cover all the threads when a 12 gram is inserted, that's normal, to my knowledge. It seems like having a little extra space helps accomidate the differently sized 12 grams that are out there. A taller one will leave some room, while a shorter one will go all the way.

It doesn't screw in enough like it usually does with the 12 grams I have now. It seems to leak when I put a 12 gram into it. It isn't fitting the way it usually does. I am wondering if the little washer got screwed up but I don't know how to fix it though.

If you mean the seal around the piercing pin, it can be removed, and flipped to see if it will seat better. ( I think anyway.) That seal is pretty cheap, I am sure there are a half dozen online stores that you can buy them from. Pretty common part.

If that isn't what you mean, then I have no idea. Sorry.

You can get the 'seal'(the little white washer), which is CCI part #9039 for 30 cents each, or you can get a whole new pierce pin(Part #9038) with washer and oring underneath for $6.00 each.

You'll probably need the whole pin, if the washer is still in there it can usually be squashed enough to pierce unless the pin is damaged in some way. Sometimes the pins get bent and try to pierce too close to the edge of the cylinder or the tip gets crushed

You might want to check and make sure it didn't back out on you. Take a flat head drive to it.
The other thing is to check that there isn't a check valve in there messing things up, as the o-ring usually deterriate after a while.
