Autocockers

Well, i have long desired to own an autococker, and have only shot one once.. all 3 shots hit the poor ref...

Now, my question is, is why are the trilogys so much cheaper?

I see that paintballgear has '04 vert cockers on sale ($189) and that will probably be the route i go, as i kinda need a tournament worthy marker, my stingray wont cut it!

And, i WILL NOT be going electro, i dont want to worry about batteries, and i see electros as cheating.

With the trilogies some of the parts are basically built in like the 3-way and the ram. Personally, I'd rather just have a regular Autococker, especially since they sell so cheap used.

Is it as easy to do with a WGP cocker as with an ANS cocker?

A Cocker by any other name is still a Cocker

The best way to this is to have a vertical asa that is milled so you can lift the timing rod out without having to disconect the 3-way shaft. This makes for a super easy switch, and you can do it in under 5 minutes without the loss of the gun's time.

I disagree. Depending on who made it, you could end up with junk or perfection.
