Anit-Double feed

I know the ER2, and new Traccer have them, I'm sure other guns do also.

The mechanism that doesn't allow you to cock the gun when it is already cocked. How do they do it. Anyone have pictures or diagrams of the mechanism?

It's all about the shape of the sear and a little hook on the trigger. Forward of the pivot point of the trigger, there's a little finger that locks into a notch on the sear. When you pull the trigger, the hook is pulled down since it is in front of the pivot point.

So... and this might be me streatching it a bit but, kinda like the front of the sear on a mag catching the bolt and not letting it most, these have a "arm" on the front of the trigger to stop the bolt from moving back?

Yeah. That's pretty much spot on. At least that's how the ER-2 does it.

It's the clearest picture I could find online of the Trracer hammer, which is the one on the very bottom right:

If you look at the bottom front of the sear, there is a hook. This hook rests on a metal pad at the top of the trigger when the hammer is cocked and hooked on the bolt. This holds the bolt (and pump arm) in the forward position until the trigger is pulled. When the trigger is pulled, the pivot on the trigger is such that the pad drops out of the way and lifts the sear, unhooking the hammer from the bolt to travel back to hit the valve.

On the old Trracer, it works to an extent. In the heat of the game, I forgot about it a few times when I went to reload after a roll out and inadvertently forced it back. Fortunately, I didn't break it. Since the trigger was plastic, it probably just bent to give way, but it's probably not a good thing to do too often. If you use a pump with this feature, it would probably be a good idea to train yourself to dry fire before attempting to feed another ball in case you get a roll out.
