To male an understatement, Doc seems to be pretty inconsistent when it comes to shipping things out.

I hear all these horror stories, but when I ordered a stock class harness that he had on eBay, I received it in a very timely manner, considering how far it was coming from. Seriously, I think it got here in less than a week.

That's the problem right there. You always hear about the handful of upset customers but you hardly ever hear anything from the dozens and dozens of satisfied customers. In reality, it's the same way in nearly every retail situation.

I ordered a few things from him and got them. Then I ordered an instock item and it never arrived. It got close to the paypal dead line so I filed a refund. Waiting is an issue with me. I don't care how good a person is,it's not an excuse. Don't sell if the item is not in stock and don't except work that you can't return in a timely manner. Just my 2 cents.
