| Now rockin' the Dux! Join Date: Sep 2006 | Race frame giving me crap... *Semi-urgent* *Updated* Okay, now I've got yet another problem I can't seem to fix. Now, the 'cocker is double firing, like the sear isn't catching the lug about 40% of the time. It shootes fine for a shot or two, double fires, then shoots fine for another few shots, etc. I've adjusted the crap out of the lug, I've messed with the Race settings keeping the bolt back longer so the sear can have time to reset, I've tightened/loosened the IVG, and I've tweaked the pressure. Can anyone offer some help? I've got a game tomarrow, and I really don't want to be stuck with a rental. I honestly hope it's something simple, and I'm just stupid... | Now rockin' the Dux! Join Date: Sep 2006 | Well, I backed the cocking rod out and it's working. My concern is I had to back it out exceptionally far. So far as to the set screw won't work anymore, and I had to LocTite it. As I understand it, that's not good, but it's the only way it's working... |

| Lord humungus the Mod | Did you try adjusting the settings on your LPR? You said you had to back the nut out on the cocking rod? That does'nt make sense. -Jake

| Now rockin' the Dux! Join Date: Sep 2006 | What I'm saying is I had to adjust the cocking rod. I had to back it out exceptionally far. The set screw, which locks the knob, is mounted on the side of the knob. I had to back out the knob so far, the set screw won't work anymore. It's extraneous information. tl;dr: The cocking knob is out REALLY far. That's the only way it works. I hear that's bad... |
