You're not making a lot of sense. Why would their satisfaction have anything to do with yours?

Barrels are like girls... Some people are just happy to have one that looks good. Or even one that everyone else likes. Other people want a tight, accurate bore to run their balls through.

I bought a eigenbarrel late last year and was pretty disappointed in it. I too was having rollouts in my eigenbarrel when other barrels marked the same bore size didn't get rollouts. Not to mention their polished black is a piss poor excuse for polishing and it didn't match any of my markers, the internal bore was also pretty sketchy compared to most barrels of today. I called their customer service about it and all they offered was a refund,I pay return shipping.

no, not all of them. I have one that's the same size as marked at both ends.... out of 30 or so....

strange on the lurker though. honestly I haven't measured mine. I know it's very small - but not exactly how small.

I like to run a telescope gauge through for giggles.

For the record I consider most tolerances on all paintball related stuff to be merely guidelines but some of the worst offenders were the freak backs

I've done the same. I found the worst to be the Evil Pipe kit, backs. But i also found that some of the marked sizes, and the actual size were off by +/-0.007" on some barrels/backs.
