Wal-Mart JT paint

So my local wal-mart stopped carrying visible impact and started carrying JT rec and JT elite paintballs. Has anyone tried these out? What size were the typically running?Better or worse quality than the visible impact? My local field recently closed and wal-mart is the only place I can get paint besides online.
FYI I mostly shoot pumps and autocockers so rollouts are a big issue for me. I am getting ready to buy a new barrel and I want to get the proper bore size to match the JT paint.

The paint is so-so, shoots okay but i noticed they are not round and have raised seams! Also for your barrel option get the Techt Ifit kit! Worth every penny! Espically with wal mart paint they are never the same size from box to box!

I honestly don't know why people keep recommending the Ifit and Python kits. The bore is only a few inches long. All it does is stop rollouts, does nothing for efficiency. I would recommend the Disruptive barrel kit. Yes its a bit more expensive, but the bores are ridiculously long.

Honestly I think you should invest in some high quality paint.
Your consistency, accuracy and efficiency will improve greatly.

When you have some nice paint and are ready to start boring, grab
a freak kit. Best barrel kit around by far in my eyes

I've used the JT elite, and it was decent. It's the solid yellow shell, correct? It shot okay, but nothing amazing like higher quality paint. As far as a barrel, go with the Freak kit. Tymcneer can hook you up with some small bore inserts, and super_stanchy can Freak just about any barrel. You can't go wrong with it.

I was actually trying to avoid shelling out for an entire barrel kit, simply because I only play a few times a year and I don't think I could justify the cost. I had planned on grabbing a lapco sizer for only 20$ and calling it a day. I just can't decide what size to get. I used to have a .676 one and I was getting a ton of breaks with the karnage paint and visible impact paint I was shooting at the time.

As far as switching to another paint I would be all for that if I could find a reliable/cheap place to buy it online.

I disagree- I have seen the results and it has been proven as well!

WHy dont you just get some wal-mart paint and check the size? That way you can find the barrel size that matches the best. Also if you are still getting rool out you can just to the electrical tape mod

Visible impact was so much better in my opinion especially the old red and yellow shell ones. God I miss that paint. It was the only decent paint we could get around here without ordering online and we have had some crappy paint shipped to us. Also it seemed as though JT paint was never the same twice even between bags so it would just be better to get a kit honestly. You can find some good deals on freak inserts if you look long enough. I found mine for $40 on here.

Do you have a Sports authority in your area? Ours carries some pretty decent DXS options.
