i had to use my .667 insert a couple of weeks ago
used my .673 insert yesterday

I would suggest getting .670 .675 and .680 (which would allow you to shoot everything from .670 up to about .687)

Other than Ty's Brass I was not aware of any FREAK inserts below .675??? must be custom?

Thanks a lot for the info guys. It seems like I can get away with only 2-4 in the smaller range which mean this might just make it into the budget this year.

my .675 ty brass insert is stuck in my DW barrel, and its all I use anyways. Its the fault of the barrel I believe. The DW barrel I have is cut ~1/8" short for the insert and then tapers to the tip diameter for the rest of the 1/8" ergo, the insert got jammed on the ramp the 1 time I tightened the barrel in really tight.

i carry 2 full kits in my gearbag (i have a tiny case that holds em all)

i would say 90% of the time i shoot a .682, the other 10% is split between a .679 and .684

the pac nw is decently mild compared to the northern canuckistanians.... so our balls are bigger :P

but with that being said, i've used a .675 and i've used a .687 too

if i were to buy a kit, i would do .675 .679 .682 .684 .687

if you get paint smaller than .675, i'd ask for some money back!
you can fit bigger paint through the .687 too....
