Quicksplotch? No wonder it's not even a footnote in paintball history. That's a worse name than "Edsel"!

I think the reason you're having trouble with searches is because it's "quick splotch," not "quicksplotch."

I think Easix6 had one a long time ago. He might have a pic or at least who he sold it to.

Until I see a different legend stamped into a gun that looks like that, I am gonna say that that is your typical, garden variety Nelson Nel-Spot 007.

The only picture of a "Quick Splotch" that I ever saw was in that British paintball book and it looked similar to a regular Nellie with about an inch or so cut off the rear of the upper tube.

Ask the seller for a pic of the legend stamped on the top of the gun.

D.

Already did, and if it does, whats the value?

That depends on what you are willing to pay for it.

I would guess that only a collector of all variations of 007 is going to throw you more cash for that gun than for a regular Nelspot in a similar condition.

Looks like it's been repainted, so that might effect the value of this gun to a collector.

Good luck,
D>

Btw: Fwiw, that is the same patent number that is stamped into the side of most of the Nelson Nel-Spot frames that I have ever owned.
If that's a Quick Splotch, then it has a Nelson trigger frame on it.
