Argyle anno/laser?

How is the finish on the Argyle DM7s done? Where could you get a pattern like this replicated onto another gun?

Hydrographics probably. Look up Oregon hydrogeaphics. Black rain also has a helpful review full of details on how it's done in the review section. I'll dig up the link.
