I use 2 drops of oil in the asa and then I shoot about 50 dry fires without a barrel on and a rag blocking the breach and that's just to keep the cup seal from drying out.

Cockers are not picky any air tool oil will work fine. A drop or two in your ASA before a day of play is all you need. Air up, dry fire a few times good to go.

Mech cockers are made of metal and rubber. The worst you could possibly do is make a few orings soft and fall apart and have to replace them. So unless you're dumping sulfuric acid or something into the asa, you should be fine.

The bolt o-rings need occasional oiling since they're sort of out of the air flow.
