Are these stamped with Mississauga Brass Eagle?

I was told by someone that Brass Eagle started up in Mississauga, Ontario, and if it's stamped with Mississauga its more rare? If that makes sense...

I have 4 and none of them are stamped with that? Does any ones have that stamped on it? I have never seen one with it but then again I have only seen the 4 I have.

I have no idea and when I asked the guy about it, he sent me a super tiny picture so I can't even tell. The guy was telling me his friend told him the Mississauga stamp makes it super-rare and worth 300 dollars. Now he was trying to sell it to me, so I think he's fibbing a little about the price, but I am wondering about the stamp.

If I remember my BE history properly, they were in Mississuaga (or however it was spelled) right up until the Daisy buyout, when the whole company was purchased by the Daisy airgun company and moved to Arkansas. All GE's were made before the buyout, unless I'm mistaken.

Ah, here's the exact dates (from here... Daisy Outdoor Products: Information from Answers.com )
BE joins up with Daisy in 93, a year after they stopped making GE's. In 95 Daisy buys out BE completely, and if I remember correctly phased out the old models infavor of the second generation buget stuff (Raptor, stingray, tigershark).

I remember that when Daisy moved Brass Eagle to Arkansas, the former Canadian Brass Eagle employees bought up all the left over junk, and formed there own company "Champian Paintball" on Ontario.

But as said above, all the G Eagles were made at the Missisauga facility.

Interesting, well thanks guys for the info! I live in the Mississauga area, so it's pretty interesting to find out these things were made so close to home.
