One of my good friends is an artist and has a nice professional airbrush setup and has duracoated many paintball markers as well as real firearms. I'm not sure on pricing but if you pm me what you have and what you want done I can shoot him an email and get you an approximate price.

Angel, of course, awesome job!
did this about 1 1/2 years ago.. still almost no wear under the pump... which has maybe 2 cases of paint through it...

this was my second try ... it's really not too hard to do...

Mine was a first attempt, I'm really impressed how easy it was to do. The duracoat covers well, but the actually layers are very thin.

and the wear properties seem to be good, but I'll be testing that out soon enough.

I've had excellent results as long as the surface to be coated was stupid clean. You should just go ahead and buy their special cleaning solvent and use it to clean your piece after you finish cleaning it normally.

I'm wanting all satin black. I'm working a trilogy sniper. And want just about every part duracoated in the black, I'm a woods baller.

I also have another question, has anyone ever tried duracoating clear over paint/airbrushing. would it have the same tuffness as regular duracoat?

I don't think the duracoat would be able to stick to spray paint.
