If you sit your apex/supressor about 3/4 to 1 inch out from the front of your gun, you can still get your 12 grams in and out with no problem. It still looks pretty sweet too!
In the past, I lathed down a a5 threaded barrel for a friend and installed a ventilated trinity shroud on the end. It looked pretty mean.
Tell me why I had to be a powerslave.
I don't wanna die, I'm a god, why can't I live on?
When the Life Giver dies, all around is laid waste.
And in my last hour,
I'm a slave to the power of death.

well, I play walk on (15 minute games throughout the day) and limited scenario games, so changing 12ies on the fly isn't much of a problem for me, I can just do it when waiting for the next game to start.
So with that being said, keep the advice coming, I need all the help i can get
I may just order the Flasc setup and if it doesn't work, return it.

I have ryan at SSC working on this exact thing right now. I bought an apex2 with m98 threaded barrel for him to chop, turn down, Freak bore, and retread to match with TPX. The porting on the barrel should pop out in between the shell and apex end.
With my fat thumb, I need about 1/2" or a little less than 1" of barrel so I can two finger thread on the barrel. You can get it closer, but as mentioned above, the CO2 knob will need some material removed. I studied and figured a semi circle cut into the knob will allow you to slide it in. Pics when she gets done.
You can do it with a Flasc...LINK
