Kapp Water - frame?

Hi everyone

I just pick up this one off of craigslist and would like to restore it to somewhat original condition.

My question is: Was the kapp water ever released without a matching frame?

Second question is: to pump or not to pump?

The only ones I have ever seen from the KAPP factory have been matching or chrome. Nice CL find, I love KAPP cockers!

Yeah a water frame is going to be difficult to find. A chrome kapp would be period correct. That green bolt has to go too.
