Need Help fixing a Paintball Radar Chrono

Hey, I'm hoping someone on here can help me with this. I have a Red Paintball Radar Chrono at our field. and its completely on the fritz. It doesnt register FPS just BPS. We have swapped the battery between our other two Chrono and sit on the same table and it didnt change anything. I moved it away from the other two Chronos we run. (Ones identical, ones an older white model.) still doing the same thing. I have no Idea why this would be doing this. They cost a lot to replace so I'd like to fix it and you guys seem like the right Crowd to ask. Thanks in advance!!!

Have you checked all of the wire connections? Maybe one came loose or the board has a broken part underneath.

I'm doing some work on one myself. Here's the company's web site: XRADAR

You could try emailing them for tech support. It looks like they're still in business.

Have you held down the red button for about ten seconds, until it changes modes? That's how you switch from BPS to FPS.
I thought that was how you changed the FPS alarm.
