Yes, You are correct. I found my original boxes and the label read is
'DYE Autococker'. My Black to blue fade is labelled 'Reflex Autococker'.

I do think that the 2002 was definitely an evolutionary step towards the Reflex. Considering the Body style is so closely aligned. Also, as the 2002 year finished parts were not available as advertised (beaver tail, LPR, HPR).

IIRC, I had a matching grey beavertail but I had to order it later. The HPR's were not available until 2003 And I replaced my lpr about a year later.

(Actually I'm glad I looked. I found I had left a Palmers stabilizer in the box.

I had dye catalogs from the years in question. Until the "Ultralight" (2003ish) was offered the full body version was simply listed as the "autococker" in the dealer catalog.
