Unknown pump, local sale. What is this?!

I thought I would be able to tell, but if anyone can verify what this thing is...
Either way, probably worth the price...and would add some parts to make it extra awesome.

That'd be my guess too. Blue frame and pump handle shape kinda gives it away.

Unless you're talkin' tank, hopper, bottom line setup, unneeded reg, not much...I'd search for a velocity adjustment rod if the bolt is adjustable (I think it is).
