How secure are they can you crank them down and put a modern hopper on top like a rotor and not have them twist? I guess that is my main problem I can get my rotor in a elbow on top of my mag or spyders but it tends to "fall" down as your shooting.

^ Never had a issue with the Atomic elbow and my mags w/ rotors.

Techt makes an all aluminum 45* feedneck.
I used to swear by my Armson elbow. Then it cracked on me on one particularly cold day.
Then I picked up a few old ACI elbows (no longer made) and they are tough as nails. I have three I think...
If/when I need to replace them...I guess I will go with the Atomic elbow...seems to be the only game in town as far as high quality plastic elbows go.

3/4" or 1" pvc 45 degree elbow (whichever fits) with 2 worm clamps.
Super ugly, but it works like a champ.

I have one of the old clear vlbows that works like a champ. Plastic isn't brittle like some newer elbows, but has some give in it. If you have a problem with the elbow slipping I would suggest a piece of grip tape on one side of the feedneck or once around. See if that gives enough friction to prevent slips.

Thats interesting....I just had one break on me last weekend. I did not get it from Titus, so who would I contact for a replacement?
Not knocking the Atomic elbow. It is by far one of the best ones I have ever used, and I was very shocked when it split down the seam in game.
