Hey guys. Im in the process of building a custom pump from left over parts ive had laying around. Ive installed a older ccm delrin bolt. My issue im having is with a detent installed. I cant cock the marker. Uninstalled works just fine. Leave the detent out and say screw it. Or is there a way to mill per say a grove for a detent in the bolt?

yeah, you can mill the bolt, but you don't have to screw the detent in all the way. Apply some blue loctite to the detent threads, and screw it in just far enough so that it catches the paint without interfering with the bolt.

I have had to mill lots of my bolts for nubbins and ball detent drag. Its fairly easy to do especially on delrin.
