So who are the experts?

...

While I think of a good answer to this question.... we'll have to have a FAQ section here too.

I have a definition I used to use in my career. I often found it to be true too.

"An expert is a person of whom your expections are often too high, only casuing the poor soul to fall farther."

Nah, an expert is a person who learns more and more about less and less until they know everything about nothing.

That last one kind of reminds me of...well me

I know a little about a lot of the old stuff...mostly sheridans and vm's... the new fangled stuff is beyond me....except if you want to know how to use them as paperweights.

I can still take apart vm's and sheridans all the way down to the guts and do valve work and mods on brass sheridans...... maybe I'm just a hack

Who are the experts?

Anyone who has done whatever you're trying to do before. If they did it right, they can tell you how. If they did it wrong, they can tell you how not to do it.
