Old Nelson Pump... Identity crisis!

one much like this was sold to me as a "007 with all the common modifications" don't know if thats really what it is or not but thats what the guy said.

Not a Nelspot 007
Probablt Brass Eagle... Maybe ACI Maverick/PMI Tracer. Good chance it may be a Black Widow, but'd like to be sure, and going price as well.

There was another thread about this gun somewhere on here (eBay section, maybe) and I believe the general consensus was that it's a WGP Commando, or the predecessor of the Ranger. As for value, I've got no clue. May be similar to a Ranger, or more since it might hold more value to a collector.

Edit: Here's the link to the other thread on here: Nelson Valve Pump Paintball Marker 68Cal., 9" Barrel. The thread also has the link to the eBay auction currently running for one of these, so that might be a good way to guage its general value, though there are six and a half days left...

It looks like a breech drop. In that case CCI parts 'should' be compatible. The linkage between the pump arm and the bolt is the only area which may require some work if this is the case.

It's a very good condition WGP Commando. The hammer would be be CCI compatible if you switched out the sear for a nelson one. The bolt would need another hole drilled and tapped on the other side to work correctly, and even then I'm still not positive about that. But having said that, that one is a very nice specimen of a rare old school gun, and quite collectible. I'd leave it alone if I were you.

jacklocicero is me. After the feed back from you all, I expect to loose this auction. I had no clue it was so hot. I've been in the market for a Micro Phantom for some time now, and when I saw this, I figured it would make a good substitute.

As has been stated, it's a mint WGP Commando.

They are somewhat rare and would not make the best fare for a gun to hack up or to be a player. A WGP Ranger would be a better choice as they are far more common.

Both guns are Cocker threaded BTW.
